From the stage to sound healing
I have been a professional singer and performer for over 30 years. Music has carried me through some of the brightest moments of my life—and through my own experiences of grief, anxiety and change.
For many years, music meant standing on a stage, connecting with an audience and expressing emotions that words alone could not always reach. It has been a constant companion throughout my life and has helped me process, release and find my way through some incredibly difficult times.
Over time, my relationship with music began to evolve. I started to understand that sound did not always have to be performed. It could also create a space for stillness, reflection and healing.
My journey from the stage into sound baths felt like a natural crossing between two parts of my life. Today, I use everything music has taught me—presence, sensitivity, rhythm and emotional connection—to create restorative sound experiences for others.
Music is still my life. I simply share it in a different way now.
