Cancellation Policy

Appointments (treatments and one-to-one sessions)
- Notice period: please give at least [JO TO CONFIRM: e.g. “24 hours”] notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
- Late cancellations and no-shows: [JO TO CONFIRM: what happens if less notice is given, or if someone doesn’t attend — e.g. is a deposit kept, is a fee charged?]
- Deposits: [JO TO CONFIRM: are deposits taken for any appointments? If so, how much, and are they refundable?]
Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
If you book a service with us by phone, email or online (rather than in person), you generally have the right to change your mind and cancel within 14 days, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — without needing to give a reason.
If you ask us to start providing your treatment or session within that 14-day period (for example, because your appointment is booked for sooner than that), you may still cancel, but you may need to pay for any part of the service we’ve already provided by the time you cancel.
Training courses
- Refunds: [JO TO CONFIRM: what’s the refund policy for a training-course booking — a sliding scale by how much notice is given, a fixed cut-off date, or something else?]
Event tickets (sound baths, Reiki Shares)
Tickets for a sound bath, Reiki Share or other event on a specific date and time are generally exempt from the 14-day cancellation right, because they count as booking a leisure service for a specific date under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
[JO TO CONFIRM: is there any circumstance in which an event ticket can still be refunded or transferred — for example, if Jo has to cancel or reschedule the event herself?]
